Prior to using UrGen, you must read and agree with this text entirely.
If you use UrGen, you accept all the conditions listed below.
License
Acme Internet Marketing hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the UrGen Urgency Generator in accordance with the folowing conditions:
You may: - use software application only for the domains that are licensed per copy.
- use registered copies of Urgen on sub domains of the registered domains.
- implement UrGen as many times as you would like to on the registered domain and its sub domains.
- copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices.
- use it as a library/module for other software/automation utilities that you create as long as it's on licensed domains.
You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above.
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble code.
- copy the Software (except as specified above).
- rent, lease or resell the Software without prior arrangement by Acme Internet Marketing.
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
- use the software for unregistered domains.
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain with Acme Internet Marketing. The Software is protected by international copyright treaties.
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law.
This License gives you no rights to such content.
Termination
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
Disclaimer And Warranty
Should the Software prove defective, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase or exchange, without a time limit, barring any unforeseen calamaties resulting in the discontinuance of UrGen. Acme Internet Marketing is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character, including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
